Facial Height and Tooth Contours Restored
Patient presented with extensive wear of teeth with sharp teeth edges cutting into his lip. Due to loss of back teeth, the opposing teeth moved up causing disruption of the chewing table.

Patient presented with several missing teeth and extensive wear of the remaining teeth. He was unable to chew food. He wanted a permanent solution and an improved smile.

Using a 3D bone model, we planned to remove all his remaining teeth and place implants at the same time.

The Problem
Patient was unable to chew food due to several missing and broken teeth. He wanted to be able to smile again and eat his favorite foods.
The Solution
Patient received a full arch zirconium fixed prosthesis on his upper arch supported on 8 implants. This material provides unmatched strength and esthetics. On the lower arch he received fixed metal acrylic prosthesis on 4 implants. This prosthesis has a long track record of durability and efficiency.
Treatment Planning
The nature of the bone in the lower arch permits the placement of minimum of 4 implants to support a full arch prosthesis. While more number of implants are required for the upper arch due to the porous nature of the maxillary(upper) bone.

The Problem
Patient suffered from multiple infections, broken teeth and inability to chew food. She wanted to smile again and bite into a sandwich.
The Solution
This was made possible with upper and lower implant supported fixed dentures. All remaining teeth were extracted, 4 implants were placed in the upper jaw and 4 implants were placed in the lower jaw. The result was a stable, beautifully crafted fixed restoration!

The Problem
Patient in his early 80s, afraid of dental treatment all his life, neglected his oral health.
His front teeth due to advanced bone loss began to move down making it difficult to eat and talk. We were able to treat his entire mouth under sedation in one visit.
The Solution
All his remaining teeth were extracted and implants were placed to support porcelain bridges. His smile, confidence and diet improved drastically. Age is not a factor for dental implants. Dental implants are primarily used to replace terminal dentition.
Failing teeth at advanced age can further disable the patient leading to worsening of diabetes, high blood pressure and can even lead to Alzheimer. Dont let your teeth ruin your retirement. Feel young and confident again.
